    Essential oils are incrediably beneficial but highly concentrated and are a powerful natural pharmacutical. 

    So please take care when using essential oils they should never be used undiluted on the skin. Use as a guide a 3-5% dilution and much less when using on a baby or a child.

    Dilute your essential into a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, apricot kernal etc

    Pregnant women should seek medical advice before using essential oils but certainly avoid using essential oils during the first trimester then seek advise as to the safe oils that can be used after that period.

    These essential oils should NOT be used at all during pregnancy.

    Keep your essential oils out of reach of children and pets.

    Please be aware that many of the citrus oils can cause photosensitivity and therefore should not be used before sun exposure.

    Only take essential oils internally under strict guidance of a qualified & trained professional.

    Limit the time that you burn essential oils in a difusser to 30 mins and allow some ventilation.
